25-year-old Army veteran Ashley Biggs, a single mom and pizza delivery driver, was murdered on a late-night delivery for Dominos in New Franklin, OH. Police arrested her former boyfriend Chad Cobb, who had been in a custody battle with Ashley for their daughter.
