The movie riffed was "Night of the Blood Beast", the same film as episode S07E01. The difference between this episode and that one is that this version aired only twice and the host segments were entirely different and concluded the Thanksgiving story from the Turkey Day marathon segments that had aired all day prior to this episode's debut. It was the non-Turkey Day version that was later used in reruns, other than this thanksgiving version being rerun once, accidentally. On the SOL: The crew discusses today's football game / debate: Stuffing vs. Potatoes / Crow talks with Dr. Forrester's guests / Mike and the 'bots have thanksgiving dinner. In Deep 13: Dr. Forrester is having a thanksgiving party / The party guests have Thanksgiving dinner / Dr. Forrester's mother, Pearl, presents her home made Turkey Surprise.
